By accessing or using the General Home Pro website (the “Site”) and any services provided by General Home Pro LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or services.

When you request a quote for window cleaning, dryer vent maintenance, or any other service, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information about your property and needs. We will use that information to prepare an estimate. All quotes are subject to change if the scope of work differs from the information provided or if additional conditions arise during a site inspection.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. To schedule a service, a valid quote must be accepted and any required deposit or payment must be made according to our policies.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices quoted on the Site or communicated via email or phone are in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes. You agree to pay all fees and charges at the prices then in effect, including any applicable sales tax, and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the services.

We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or other methods indicated at checkout. If payment is not received in a timely manner, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service request.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed service appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any appointment due to inclement weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. If we must cancel, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange a mutually agreeable alternative date.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of General Home Pro LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES PROVIDED SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless General Home Pro LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or your use of the Site or services.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by binding arbitration in Collier County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
